The Fine Print

1. What this actually is
Brand Architect is a strategy tool. A bloody good one, built from years of real client work — but a tool. It asks you sharp questions, digs into your answers, and hands back a brand profile: positioning, messaging, values, voice, the lot.
What it doesn't do is run your business for you. That's still your job.
2. No guarantees, and we're not pretending otherwise
Nobody can promise you'll land more clients, charge more, or become an overnight legend because you ran through eight modules. Results depend on your business, your market, and — mostly — what you actually do with the output. Brand Architect gives you clarity and a plan. It doesn't give you a crystal ball.
3. It's a brand strategist, not a lawyer, accountant, or therapist
Nothing Brand Architect generates is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice — even if it sounds confident as hell while saying it (that's just the voice). If a module output touches something with real legal or financial weight — pricing structures, contracts, claims about your business — get it checked by someone qualified before you act on it.
4. It's AI. It can be wrong.
Every module runs on AI, working from what you tell it. That means outputs can occasionally be off, generic, or just not quite right — no matter how sharp the prompts are. Read what it gives you. Sense-check it. Push back on anything that doesn't sound like you, because at the end of the day, you know your business better than any AI does.
5. Your call, your consequences
You're the one deciding what to do with your brand profile — what to publish, what to pitch, what to build a whole rebrand around. Brand Architect hands you the raw material and the strategy behind it. What you do with it is entirely on you, and that's exactly how it should be: nobody outsources their business judgement to a chatbot, no matter how good the chatbot is.
6. Liability — the fine print bit
To the extent the law allows it, Brand Architect and Kendall Monk aren't liable for business decisions, losses, or outcomes connected to using the tool. If something genuinely goes wrong on our end and liability can't be excluded, it's capped at what you paid for Brand Architect. Not because we don't care — because that's how this works for a one-time $88 tool built and run by one person, not a corporate legal department.
7. What's yours
Everything your brand profile generates — the words, the positioning, the strategy — is yours. Use it, publish it, build your whole brand on it. Brand Architect doesn't claim it, sell it, or hand it to anyone else.
8. Access and payment
Brand Architect is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the modules, delivered through the Pickaxe platform.
9. Refunds
